TKI has established documented and maintains quality management system as a means of ensuring to provide services conforming to the specified needs and requirements of its patients, and also meets the requirements of ISO-9001:2008 quality management system standards. The system has been implemented and shown to be effective in the control of TKI services.

The quality management system is defined in the TKI’s Quality Manual, Quality Procedures and SOPs. The TKI quality manual describes the policy of TKI regarding all applicable aspects of ISO-9001:2008 standards, refer to the corresponding quality procedures and also outlines the structure of the documentation used in the quality management system. Moreover, TKI has also defined and controlled its outsource processes along with regulatory & statutory requirements, to comply with TKIs international standard.
